Sauna - Sea Dips ONLY - No cold showers/ice baths (Max 8 people - 1 Adult: 2 Children minimum ratio)
Service Description
This session provides access to for parents & their children to our sauna - combined with optional sea dips this experience will leave you with the amazing feeling hot & cold contrast therapy brings. Please bring your own towel to sit on, drinking bottle & changing robe (we do not provide a changing facility). Please note only this session allows under 16's to attend - due to insurance limitations a waiver form must be completed ahead of the session beginning and access to cold showers is prohibited. We do not permit alcohol whilst using our facilities. Please ensure you have read our Terms of Use thoroughly before proceeding with the booking.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a session up to 24 hours before start time - Use the 'Spaces' app or Log In and go to 'My Account' and cancel your booking to receive a full refund or you can reschedule your session up to 4 hours before. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booked slot will not receive a refund.
