Service Description
This session provides your group exclusive access to our sauna, hot tub & cold showers - combined with optional sea dips this experience will leave you feeling completely reset and relaxed. All sessions include complimentary essential oils & drinking water. Please bring your own towel to sit on, drinking bottle & changing robe. Please ensure you have read our Terms of Use thoroughly before proceeding with the booking.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a session up to 48hrs before start time - Log In and go to 'My Account' and cancel your booking to receive a full refund or you can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before. If you do not have an account get in touch to request cancellation or reschedule. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before a booked slot will not receive a refund.
