Charity Beach Retreat

We have a beautiful afternoon of sauna, hot tubs, mindfulness and relaxation from Kishtey Cheh, Jules Hobbs (Elite Therapy), and Phil Quirk (MHelp).

We will rotate around the different sessions, and everyone will have the opportunity to take part in each activity.

The 2024 Expedition Limitless team is collectively aiming to raise £100k for Manx Mencap. The charity is relatively unknown and is fully self-sufficient with no Government support. There are an estimated 1700 people with learning disabilities on the Isle of Man, of which many rely on support from others. Manx Mencap provides support to these people with a range of initiatives which aim to improve health, education, happiness, and independence.

The Event:

Join us on Saturday 18th May for an afternoon of sauna, sea dips, mindful movement, massage and delicious food courtesy of Smokey Sam’s BBQ.

What to Expect:

• Time in the Sauna, Hot Tub and Plunge pools courtesy of Kishtey Cheh 
• Mindful movement and meditation with Jules Hobbs of Elite Therapy 
• Beach massage with Beach Bliss (advanced booking required & additional cost of £10 pp) 
• Firepit and music 
• Drinks and nibbles throughout the event 
• Hot food served to order from Smoky Sam’s BBQ at the Cosy Nook (pre-order required).
