Charity Beach Retreat

We have a beautiful afternoon of sauna, hot tubs, mindfulness and relaxation from Kishtey Cheh, Jules Hobbs (Elite Therapy), and Phil Quirk (MHelp).

We will rotate around the different sessions, and everyone will have the opportunity to take part in each activity.

The 2024 Expedition Limitless team is collectively aiming to raise £100k for Manx Mencap. The charity is relatively unknown and is fully self-sufficient with no Government support. There are an estimated 1700 people with learning disabilities on the Isle of Man, of which many rely on support from others.
