Service Description
This session provides you access to our sauna, hot tub & cold showers - combined with optional sea dips this experience will leave you with the amazing feeling hot & cold contrast therapy brings. Please bring your own towel to sit on, drinking bottle & changing robe (we do not provide a changing facility). We request all users of the hot tub to rinse off using our cold showers before permitting entry. Please note all of our sessions are for ages 16+ only, and we do not permit alcohol whilst using our facilities. Please ensure you have read our Terms of Use thoroughly before proceeding with the booking.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a session up to 24 hours before start time - Use the 'Spaces' app or Log In and go to 'My Account' and cancel your booking to receive a full refund or you can reschedule your session up to 12 hours before. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booked slot will not receive a refund.
